When life changes suddenly, you don’t need advice. You need accompaniment.

White Rose Healing offers grounded sacred counsel for grief, sudden loss, and life-altering transitions - especially in the moments when everything feels unrecognizable.

You may be here because something has changed everything.

A sudden loss.

An unexpected death.

A moment where life has split into before and after.

Many people describe this time as shock, numbness, disorientation, or emotional fragmentation - when the mind struggles to catch up with what has just happened.

This is often the space before grief fully forms. A threshold moment where life no longer feels familiar, and language begins to fall away.

You do not need to have language for this yet.

You do not need to hold it alone.

Ways we can work together

I offer three levels of private support depending on what you are navigating. Each session is designed to meet you where you are - whether you need steady grief support, deeper spiritual accompaniment, or extended care during crisis.

Grief Support Session

$150/60 minutes

A grounded, supportive space for grief and loss after life has changed.

This session offers:

  • steadiness in the early or ongoing waves of grief

  • support as you move through shock, sadness, and disorientation

  • space to speak what is difficult to hold alone

  • gentle meaning-making over time, at your pace

This is a safe and sacred space to be witnessed, supported, and accompanied without pressure to resolve anything before it is ready.

Sacred Counsel

$276/75 minutes

A deeper, more spacious session for moments of profound transition, grief and spiritual reflection after loss or life-altering change.

I will create a sacred and safe container where we hold what is occurring in your life together. I will hold space for you and bear witness to what is unfolding in your life.

This session may include:

  • holding space for what feels overwhelming or difficult to name

  • bearing witness to your experience without turning away from it

  • space to speak what is difficult to hold alone

  • supporting the deeper inner movement of grief change and transition.

This is not a clinical session, but a sacred container offering ritual.

How I work

My work is rooted in over two decades of experience in counseling, teaching, hospice spiritual counseling and interfaith ministry.

I do not approach grief as something to be fixed, managed or moved through a timeline.

I understand it as a threshold experience-one that can be disorienting, overwhelming, and deeply life-altering.

In our work together, I hold space and bear witness to what you are moving through.

Grief has a place of its own, so we meet it there. We listen carefully to what is present beneath the surface. When appropriate, we bring ritual into the session as a part of deep healing and support.

This is not a clinical process. It is a relational and spiritual space of accompaniment.

You do not need to arrive with clarity. You do not need to know what to say. We begin exactly where you are.

If you are here, you are not alone.

If something in your life has shifted and you find yourself in the early or ongoing experience of profound grief, you are welcome here.

You do not need to be further along than you are.

You do not need to have language for what has happened.

Where you are ready, we can begin exactly where you are.
